Provisions Italiana is a sister restaurant to the highly regarded Estiatorio Hydra and Allouette Bistro in downtown Vancouver — brought to life by the same team at Executive Table Group.
Inspired by the kitchens of the Italian countryside, Provisions is built around simplicity, seasonality, and respect for ingredients. Meals unfold in courses, meant to be shared. The energy is warm, relaxed, and unmistakably North Shore.
Located inside the boutique Seaside Hotel in Lower Lonsdale’s vibrant Shipyards District, the space blends rustic charm with contemporary design. An open kitchen anchors the room. A fireplace flickers on cool evenings. Walls are adorned with original art, and racks of Italian wines frame the experience.

At Provisions, the vegetables are not an afterthought — they are a centerpiece.
Our dedicated vegetable section celebrates old-country recipes and market-driven cooking. Dishes like Grilled Squash with pomegranate and hazelnut pistou, Roasted Cauliflower with harissa hummus and marcona almonds, and Brussels Sprouts with walnut and chili vinaigrette are layered, vibrant, and designed to be shared.
Our Roman-style pizzas are robust, crisp, and deeply flavorful — from the classic Margherita to the Funghi with truffle and fontina.
Pastas are savory and thoughtfully portioned as primis — such as Orecchiette with beef cheek bolognese and whipped ricotta — leaving room to explore secondi and vegetables.

Please dress for the occasion at Provisions Italiana. Our suggested attire is upscale casual chic. Collared shirts are recommended, stylish and well-presented.
